This Privacy Policy explains how Camille Marlow Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit camillemarlow.com (the “Site”) or contact us through the contact information published on the Site.
Information you provide
The Site does not currently include an inquiry form, account registration, checkout, or newsletter signup. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, project details, and the contents of your message. Please do not send sensitive personal information through email or the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, limited technical and usage information may be collected automatically by the Site, its hosting infrastructure, and the analytics tools described below. This may include:
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Browser, device, operating system, and language information
Pages viewed, referring and exit pages, dates and times of visits, and interactions with Site content

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, understand, and improve the Site.
Google Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site. Google may process information such as page views, general device and browser information, referring pages, approximate location, and cookie or device identifiers. Hotjar. The Site uses Hotjar to understand how visitors interact with pages, including through tools such as heatmaps and session recordings. Hotjar may collect interaction data such as clicks, taps, scrolling, cursor movement, pages visited, device and browser information, and online identifiers. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain Site features. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or Hotjar’s Do Not Track page.
We may use information to:

Understand Site traffic and how visitors use the Site
Improve the Site’s content, design, performance, and usability

Maintain business records and protect our legal rights

The Site does not sell products, process payments, or run interest-based advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain email inquiries and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Technical and analytics information is retained according to our account settings, legitimate business needs, and the retention practices of the relevant service providers. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
The Site is not currently designed to respond to every browser-based “Do Not Track” signal. Where required, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals applicable to the Site’s data practices.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Site and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
The Site is a professional portfolio intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
The Site includes links to third-party websites, including client websites, professional profiles, and service-provider privacy resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Site, its tools, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
